How women are treated in China in the business world, what type of apparel they are expected to wear, and their business culture

women are treated equal as men in china.many chinese women success in business.Once i knew an Indian friend he came to china to do business.after some day,he told me that why he saw so many women working in every fields in China while cant so many men working?I was surprised to hear that.He told me that in India,men are the main group who is working.but in China you can see women are working as many as men.You can find women working in every field.I'v never been abroad to see,but from his words i think that women in other countries are more comfort, while in China,the women is 'half of the sky'.As long as a woman have a capability she can join any company or build up their business in any situation.there is no restriction.
About the wear,chinese women are free to wear what they want to wear.Most of the chinese women are conservative.While more and more western culture enter China,more and more girls are in modern trends.
