Hi all
One of my friend attended interview
on 21/02/12 with XYZ company, during Discussion he was asked for Bond
(2yrs) acceptance,he accepted and interviewer noted it back of his resume
with my friends signature.
He applied for System Administrator Position. Date of joining as 1st march 12. Salary -8000(basic ~ 2400)
Initially They sent a provisional offer through mail, But without mentioning his designation.
He asked overphone,but they said it would be reveled on joining and asked him to acknowledge.
So,He acknowledged that mail and proceed to sent copy of Resignation Acceptance letter from his previous employer.
On
1st march he signed on copy of Letter of appointment.(effective date
:1st march12, company has 2month notice or 2 month pay). and given
photocopies of academics and experience.
In Letter of appointment he is given another designation but not System admin.
He asked for that with interviewer and management about it.But management is not providing proper solutions.
Along with this for some other reasons my friend decided not to sign the BOND.
Mgmt
and he had discussion on 3rd march 12, during that Management has
Threaten him like Publishing his name as Blacklisted employee,or
complaint against him by saying absconded .finally they sent him out
even not giving basic respect to a person.
( Their main motivation is he should sign bond if he has to work. )
Now he decided not to go for that company again,
1) Is it possible to blacklist his name as like they said?if not what action can be taken against employer?
2) Whether they use the his certificates ,Accepted/Signed letter of appointment or any other things to threaten him against?
what
action he need to take to end this problem. can he send resignation
letter to them accepting giving 2month pay.(He still not started working
for that company just joined and found this much difficulties).
