Outsourcing can be both good and bad depending upon the needs of the organization. It is like the two sides of the same coin.

Yes Diva, at times outsourcing becomes benificial and at times it doesn't. But it should be decided accorting to he time and circumstances whether to outsource or not...

salary and wages (payroll) and recruitment should be outsourced to a good and wellknown HR Solutions company, but a full fledged and active HR Dept is essential for handling employee grievences, to effectively execute change management (change agent role), training etc.
