Retail is the fastest growing sector of India. Not only it is the largest service sector which provides job opportunities but also it gives lot of contribution to the Indian National income & Economy.
Although Organised retail is spreading its wings at the good pace with good logistical facilities, Good merchandise, the retail management courses which help in human resources but somewhere still down the line there are some human resources problems , which effects this GOLDEN WING of the GOLDEN BIRD.
