I mean what happens when a person who was a freelancer wants to get back to a salaried job , what kind of questions can he/she expect from interview panel.
how does a free lancer convince the panel members or the management jury that inspite of the months spend in freelancing , the freelancer is good to go and has acquired more experience and knowledge.
