I do not think it has any impact. Indian laws always provide back door approach. In one of the leading retail joint venture they have split the company into 3 or 4 entities and formed it. One for space, one for logistics, one for IT, etc, as different companies and floated. But end of the day all are working for the same. So u are able to start operations without being effected. Now tell me will it really impact for a person to start doing business if he really wants to do it.
