Hi friends,
I am working as a recruiter in a recruitment firm. i have 4 yrs experience in pre-recruitments and i dont have post recruitments experience ( esi, pf, payroll and such other things). but i want to be a generalist role. what can i do for this ? and how can i get the knowledge. pls... suggest me....
