i do some grammatical mistakes
Hi Rajesh, good to know people find their weekness, join some institute that can guide you for your need. read english news paper see english movies and most important practice speaking English. with your soft skills work on your technical skill too and I am sure you will havesome good companies to hire you.
One last thing just speaking enghlish studded with complicated words dosen't mean communication even with simple words if you can explain yourself you are right on target, also from my personal experience learn to listen. Although I am no way an expert but this is all I can think about.

Communication is a must now a days, because whenever any company is hiring they are doing so by looking a future prospect in you, if you lack in communicating yourself properly, how can others be able to understand you?
join any Spoken coaching, study news paper loud, buy a translation book, talk to some one with good communication skill.
remember its never too late.
