Hello Mam,
Thanks for your invitation in your contacts. Mam, I completed my B.E. in Electronics & Comm. in 2008. Currently I am working in NEXGEN Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as a System Administrator for conversation but its a multi job work, in this, technical work is very less and mainly some like business development and research. They paying me Rs. 20000/month as a salary, but the thing is that learning for me is very less or almost nil here and no future growth.
Please advise or help me to find a good career in which I can grow and learn which help me in long run.

Please dont get panic, situations are eimproving day by day, industry is expecting big change after april, so please have pateience. In the mean while, just enlarge your competency level, learn new tools & & technicques, spread your resumes among all top consultants, give more priority to company career sites, put your resume to all company career sites, where you want to pursue your career. And, also in the SME'S, you learn lots of things which you will not get in big organization. They make you verstile. So you can also flourish youself in those segment.
