Get the knowledge of banking sector, trend, scenario etc. and show your interest, involvement, enthusiasm toward banking sector that you want to make your career in banking sector. Many engineers are doing job in banking sector so no worry about it.
whatever you decide, decide it carefully.

Mr. Nikhil , first you will have to decide that in which filed you want to make your career, are you interested in banking sector etc. Then you can go further process which will better. It is not a matter of background, it depend on your interest.......... Discuss with your family and then decide
