To be very frank, the future of M.Sc. in Science fields (except a few) are meagre. So as other people have suggested,try to clear CSIR/UGC/ICMR/DBT FELLOWSHIP EXAMS. If you secure good rank,you could do research in almost all indian laboratories.
there is also an ICAR FELLOWSHIP EXAMS. YOU COULD ALSO HAVE A LOOK AT IT.
