I'm interest in satellite communication & its application. I want to make some projects by help of ISRO & IIISR. so how shall i do this?

Good to know that you want to be part of ISRO community. Since you are still doing BTECH/BE, as a part of your final year study, you can do the projects in any of the ISRO centers. However the request has to come from your college management.
