In my own opinion this is true. This does not mean that Flash movies are a bad thing, it is obvious that video is part of the future of the web. However, new sites heavy video (Flash) content appear to be having difficulties getting fully indexed. My recommendation is that you add the flash content into the site once your web pages have achieved a suitable ranking.
