Normally candidates are asked such questions in the interview, to elicit some response. Depending upon the answer, another question follows. It is always better to close the dicussion (this is my personal opinion, please) than to allow the interviewer to probe in detail.
The best answer will be " since I have the power to bargain, I will bargain with God to exchange places" and throw a disarming smile.
