I have never heard such a challenge (or you call it so?) by IBM but, if they are indeed challenging, interms of businesses, yes, IBM is at the forefront i think. Let me tell you why -- IBM was orginally, purely a computer company, not a services firm. Now, Lenovo has taken it. IBM is now a services company. They are leaders in IT Services, especially in IT Service Management. They have many projects and huge number of them are coming to India. That speaks for itself and hence, in business terms, this is not a gimmik. Atleast, thats what i believe.
