CWG - The most corrupt game in World history is on head now, few days to go still we can see it on all News Channels and not for good off course. And the same time Ayodhya result will be declared on 24th September. This result has already started a debate & could start a riot in coming days. And that will be uncontrollable. What picture the foreigners will take with them of our India. Well I am hoping for good as both side will understand & will gracefully accept the result, until any political party will not driven them for a riot. What u say.
According to me it is a common historical heritage. It belongs to all of us. Unnecessary chaos are been created by the politician and the media.....
The truth is the court itself took part in the usual political posturing which we associate with our politicians for keeping issues alive without settling them once and for all. Now the issue with be taken up in the Supreme Court and it will take 6-8 years for a judgment post which all and sundry and again apply for maintaining of peace and non-violence. However, the fact is the ASI's original report didnt find any evidence to suggest that Ayodhya was the birthplace of Ram.There was a blink and you miss kind of story in the newspapers leaking the ASI report before it was to tabled in the parliament but the move was pre-empted by Sonia Gandhi during UPA-I regime. The ASI report placed in front of Honourable court was thus doctored. The court had the chance to create history by allotting the entire 67 acres to the Centre, declaring it a national heritage site, instructing the centre to built a temple, mosque, Church and a Gurudwara. What better way to uphold the secular image of the country and also make statement in favour of National Integration. This decision, sooner or later, will open the pandoras box and will lead to more such disputes.
The following is the conclusion part of my article "The Essence of Religion" in tooStep. I would request you to read this.
" The need of the day for all real believers, who embrace, adore and adhere various traditional and righteous faith orders and beliefs, irrespective of the religion, faction or sect they happened to be in now; is to escape the harmful influence of vested interests of disparate fundamentalist groups and power mongers, ignore the legacy of confrontation, and explore the path of re-conciliation. United they shall seek in a similar manner, in the light of Love and Forgiveness, and move on to share the “Essence of their Religion” and the “Essence of God” through it, harmoniously amongst themselves and others.
When the formations of righteous humanity stand united and tread in the pathway shown by the founders and fore fathers of their Religious faith orders, with staunch desire and intention to meaningfully become part of this secular nation, the so called Religious hierarchies as well as the misled Political power mongers playing on religious feelings, will inevitably have no other choice than to fall in line. I have full faith in the younger generation in India, who will definitely safe guard the culture of this country and continue to upkeep the magnanimity of Hindu and other religions, the like of those one can seldom see elsewhere; and take this country marching forward with renewed unity, with all its diversities. "
I think this is not the right time to thnk about ayodhay. T here r lo t many prob in the country which r to be solved. Ayodhya issue has been burning over 60 yrs now but there is no solution yet. The verdict of allahabad high court may be just a relief but not the end. So government has to take up other issues which r disturbing the country right now.For example Kashmir issue has to be dealt seriously now.Its high time govt looks into it.
