if I were the PM,  I completely change the constitution, and take measures to curb the corruption by following ways:

1) I introduce the Advance DSS systems with centralised server in Delhi with Finance ministry, all the accounting system, billing system of shops, wholesale dealers, companies will be centralised with this server.  Hence every purchase is by bill strictly, stock position in country updated real time, no chance for black money.

2) I conduct elections for every four years, with a power to recall the elected politician after completion of time period of 2 years by the people.  Elections will be tend to be justified only if 60% voting came.  all elections will be held in online using e-citizen cards, and NRIs staying at abroad can also vote through on-line.  If suppose 50% of population is voted, we find the balance people and ask them to vote also.  For non voting their will be penalty fee, with some exceptions.

3)  Education and health is completely free for all the people in the country, born by the govt. only.  There will be no reservations in jobs. But reservation will be given upto graduate level to backward people.

If I were the PM

1.  I will try to make the development a true, total and inclusive development.  The figures says India is becoming super power, but the people are becoming poorer.  80% of development is confined to less than  20% of the area and people as well.  This development is excluding the people.

2. I will try to be true representative of India and I will make extensive visits to nook and corner of this land and try to find the aspirations, needs and wants of the people.

3.  I will try to make use of the technology available and make the people empowered.

4.  My priority would be for the true social justice.  In the name of social justice, the aspirations of certain sections of people are being hijacked.  In my regime there wont be any reservations on caste system.  But, I will try to uplift those deprived class of people with other measures.

5.  I will try to maintain the true equality before the law and justice.  No one is greater than the other and everybody will be given the equal status and so on.
