Today's dream and money value are exactly opposite from the olden days. Specialization has lead to loss of many talents. e.g. BPO or call center, they are ready to pay more than more than candidates expectation and work given less than their talents can be utilized or shown

ACTUALLY,FRESHERS ARE IN SEARCH OF JOB FOR EXPERIENCE,SALARY IS A SECONDARY THING...THEY TRY TO ADJUST IN THE GIVEN SALARY,& AFTER GETTING SOME EXPERIENCE,THEY MOVE TO GOOD PACKAGES...

Both! yes both, because if you have experience with less salary then your growth is restricted and vice versa. Whenever you shift ur job you need to depend on your previous salary, and thats how you may turn up with slow growth. So, one should look experience as well as good salary and a good company to start with.

If you are a fresher get into the job whatever you get, don't have any exception about the salary....  that you will get after a year or two !!!
