No one would have expected bankruptcy petition filed by various USA Companies in the recent past. Prople and Companies in India are caught unaware of this problem. Only after media report, the companies are guaging its impact in its operations. The recent example is Norton telecom filing bankrupcy petition.
Is it so easy to file bankruptcy petititon in USA? We rarely hear any company filing bankruptcy petititon in India.
Will anyone elucidate?
