India & U.S into "Concrete Partnerhips" to increase energy effeciency. How & where this focus should be invested in?

1)Per capita power need in India is 600 units which is 10% of taht of USA

2)Our energy expansion need is driven by Malthusian factor of population expansion. Currently we are way above the density of Western Europe the Density benchmarked territory with 450 people per sq.km.

3)with our leaders it continues to be a a holy cow-beyond debate.So it is left to us in public domain to give this urgent reality some initial momentum.

4)Firstly India to stick to energy conversion from other (Non conventional)energy forms like nuclear(  presupposing community friendly spent fuel disposal )wind/solar/hydel/bagasse/(where green issues do not clash) as opposed to conversion/production from matter like coal(thermal)/other fossil fuels of CNG/diesel etc . But bio fuels as well as composting waste/septic tank are some other solutions whose time has come.None too soon at that.

5)Energy waste control from home to factories/information/communication handling devices(estimated 40 million units is  the   monthly energy consumption of LED indicating lamps of all PCs/laptops/mobile chargers =200000 households monthly usage in india at 200 units a month!!)

6)So why not replace miniature led indicators on pc/laptop by signal/event based indication? That is when power fails/resumes audio/visual indication happens for a brief period of a minute or two . Saving will  more than 50 mw generation=which is more than 5 % of the state of karnataka power need.

7) So partner USA in taking this issue forward with massive publicity and worldwide NGO participation

8)Secondly weight of planet earth is increasing albeit ever so slowly(thanks to light energy photosynthesising into matter(Einstein -hope I am accurate)

9)So to partner USA in global initiative thru'publicity and ngo initiative for handling Malthusian paradigm(pop.Control).
