The Indian Law is hazy when explaining whether an inventor has any rights over his invention once he has assigned the patent to such invention to another, therefore in the event of his using the same invention post assignment, would it amount to infringement ? What relief is available under law ? also, if inventor was part of assignee's establishment, when the invention was made, do all rights to the invention automatically acrue to the assignee ?
