There cannot be a definite answer to this. It depends more on the state of the company acquiring the BPO.
In case it is a BPO company acquiring another and the their operations are in order and the management is strong, they shall be able to inculcate the same in the acquired BPO shortly. Otherwise it will be a case of adding to the chaos and be disastorous for both companies in the near to mid term.
