No as it may get you fresheres and interesed workforce but you have to spend lot of time,money and energy to train them and once they become fit they will change the side4

No. Campus recruitment is only a good source for Talent acquisition. A large part of the success of these freshers would depend on how robust and strong your training division is. the Laerning and developement part of Talent Management needs to be strong for productive campus recruitment. The actual Talent Management starts once they have undergone the L& D process.

Yes very much. Top organizations like Infosys and TCS now use Cat-B Institutions for campus recruitments as they prove to be cheaper and good talent according to their parameters is available to them
