No. Campus recruitment is only a good source for Talent acquisition. A large part of the success of these freshers would depend on how robust and strong your training division is. the Laerning and developement part of Talent Management needs to be strong for productive campus recruitment. The actual Talent Management starts once they have undergone the L& D process.
