Hi,
I want to know that will executive MBA of 1 yr serve the purpose of requirements for growth?

You have to be really careful about the Executive MBA programmes and the one year programmes. Leave ISB and other institutions. Please see that the programmes are recognized by DEC, IGNOU and by UGC. Many programmes claim UGC but do not mention that they are not recognized by IGNOU or DEC.

Qualification is required to reach the HR. Afterwards its your knowledge and ability to handle the specified job. Get grip over the subject, everything follows you.
