in my opinion, getting a job is quite easy only when you putting your efforts to grab it. otherwise it will become tough.
I think getting job is a bit difficult, and today hiring is in full swing and also economy is not bad either, but today job seekers criteria is somewhat creating problem, they want the best job available and do not want to compromise like relocating, working in a startup, they want everything quick with out any hard work put into it, even while looking for a job they don't put in that extra effort to get a job...and also while people are hiring today they look at their attitude and personality than their knowledge in a particular domain, hence finding a job is becoming all the more difficult for one at the moment.
Getting a job is not difficult, but it is difficult to get candidate of right attitude.
Everybody wants maximum money in min. input (efforts/hard work). & there is habit of swithching just
for a sake of little increment or the work place is near to home.
This is my comment on this.
