Yes Ms. Shirin with this relaxation of FDI norms in Realty sector will increase the investment opportunities from foreign shores, and this will certainly help the Realty companies who were facing gloom till now and With DIPP's recommendation in this regard is a welcome move..so yes according to me this will help and give a boost to the Realty sector..
