There is nothing like gender specific jobs, if you have got the right skills then you are fit for that job. There might be a slight difference in handing the responsibilities by men and women, but it is your is what matters. So men and women do equally good.

I dont think so.  In my opinion there are no gender specific jobs in the business world because who ever can contribute better for the development of the organisation can get the job whether  he or she.  Generally, man can spend more time at office since he has no other obligations at home.  He can stay back at office even late hours. Finance field require more time to be spent at office.  Usually man can do it.  HR is an area where more man hours are not required as compared to finance.  So more women attracted to this area.  In the recruitment process the recruiters objective shall be selecting a right person for a right job and there shall not be any scope for succumbing to any pressures.  When compared to women, men are susceptible to such pressures. It may be one other reason for the women to grab the HR job.

Well, In my opinion there is equal importance of man &women in hr but when we see sector  in industrial sector man is good for hr rather than women because in industry there is various factor  which affect hr.in such situation man is good.

Well, In my opinion there is not even a single field in business which is gender specific. In India only we see industries or few areas of job as gender specific. Its not a right way to evaluate the job on basis of gender. All we need is certain skills for a particular job similarly in case of HR i think its not about the men or women its all about skills, knowledge and experience of field.
