No, I don't think doing MBA is must to be HR. It depends solely on your ability, skills, talent and man power handling for better prospects. Your competency depends on your skills as HR profile depends on it..

Hi Mridula,
I think in the present economic scenario it is must to do an MBA to be an HR. Because nowadays the organizations are grown and the size it big compared to the earlier day. So doing a MBA will give you some knowledge of how to handle it. And today an HR's role in an organization has become more important.
