Dear All
I am working in Middle East for an Insurance company. i want to come to India and take an offer.
i need ur opinion on this whether this is a right time for me to quit and come to india for search a job!!!!!!
Even I too agree with darshana, u has to check around in each aspect before leaving. Like check online is there any jobs related to your field and if so, how the response from them and what the package they are offering, is it sufficient for your family and apart from this check the profile of the company if it suitable to you and there is a growth, then it is your good luck……..as I too work in gulf country and wish to dedicate my professionalism and many more to my home country.
I am not in favour of coming to india. Today most of the insurance professional leaving india and enployed in gulf and other countries. The expectations are not matching with the domins today in pvt insurers. Thats why experieneced guys leaving indian pvt players. Pvt players will hire with good salary, but catch up with them is a diffcult with their wave length. Any how takle a call.

Yes this is a right time to come to India, Insurance sector has lot of openings. Many private players are launching their office in India. They are looking for potential professionals, I think you can make use of this opportunity.

Right now India is on a hiring mode Mr. Dinesh, don't know about Insurance industry, but IT is surely on a hiring spree, and many people experienced like should not have problems in securing a job in India, but for many job hunters this is the right time to be in India.......May be even insurance is looking up as Banking and Insurance services is said to increase in the current fiscal year. May be a person from Insurance industry would be apt to answer this question.
