I had planned in the past (but with little success) ... a Work shop on developing Creativity and Creative Thinking by conducting Corporate training Workshops .... Do you think / feel, it is a practical and laudable idea and would you support it, if required ?

Creativity can be developed over a period of time by orienting oneself towards thinking. We need to evoke a thought process in an individual by asking various question related to the topic and also making them realize that there is 3rd dimension for an object/problem/topic. As we the simple example of "Half glass of water". There are different angles to a given topic or object. Following the relevant thoughts connected to that particular topic would surely help individual to think from all the sides. Once an individual experience such thought process, then he can apply that 360 degrees. This would help that individual to come out of any issues with different approaches or solutions that would address the issue.

One more important aspect is to EXPLORE new things to find out new avenues of interest. Individual should have the orientation towards exploring and experimenting new things. This involves calculated risk taking and constant search for new things would definitely improve creativity. Such individuals can come out with 'out of the world' ideas or thoughts or dimensions.

i think YES, reason is there is alwyas several inforamtions which might havenot been accessed any individual and also as per varsha practice can really enhance creativity.

Creativity is an innate potential in every human and a person wakes up to creativity with minimal effort. Al said and done the primary and secondary environment does play a role and creativity is dormant feature.

while it is possible to teach not every boss is willing to cross an extramile. Efforts should be taken to encourage this step and probably we need to have similar minds on board so that one puts the idea concrete.

yes sir , i would like to submit my answer in positive way that performance can be enhanced by regular practices as well training but when you talk in terms of creativity.. its enborn feature.. but it can also be enhanced coz sometime it is hided somewhere inside which can be polished and groomed by external factors ..so these kind of seminars and workshop will definitely help to give valuable output.

.plz let me know the next date for your workshop....
