Any factory or industry must not run within any domestic purview...

Hello
No it is not legally right to run a factory or industrial unit within the residential area limit.
Bhopal Gas tragedy is the perfect case for reference in this regards

No, I am not in favor to have Industries functioning in Domestics areas. These Industries are a big threat to the people living beside, I have witnessed many catastrophes to the people living near such places.
These Industries not only Pollute Air, but also squeeze the water table.
