with the econimics in the state they are, what are your ideas or comments on a company trying an IPO during the recession ?
is it safe to do an IPO now ? What are the pro's and con? Why would now be a good time ?

No,I don't think so.Although the sensex has again rebound to touch 12000 mark but still we cannot be sure that this bubble in the sensex is a reality or not.Moreover people right now are reluctant to invest their money because of the glossy situation of the market...so wait for some time and then according to the situation of the market...decide whether to launch an IPO or not.
