I have some senario where application written once and and run on mobile as well as website.it will run same as it is???

No. For mobile application development you need to use the Java 2 Micro Edition Platform. Then again, though the concept of “write once, run anywhere” is a compelling one, but it’s one that’s never come close to being realized in mobile, thanks to the proliferation of new smartphone operating systems,device formats and carrier delivery platforms.
