It is good to earn while learn, Not only in monetary terms also in practical knowledge which we also learn from job. We can apply the theories in real time. the compition is tougher day by day. so we have to be expertise in the selected field. It should be better if you have the real picture of organisation. Only havign bookish knowledge you can't assure success in the future. There are many institutes who provide the students the facility of study while at job.

Yeah ofcourse.  Even the companies are adopting this.   Companies get the young work force to work while answering the employee turn over.  An established employee may not stick to the same organisation because of which employees face heavy employee turn over.   Organisations can employ the students by entering into contract with the universities and educational institutions, who can stay with the organisations for atleast 3 years.  From the point of students, they can earn while learning.  They can earn experience also without wasting precious time.

Yes it is. It helps you to perform both in studies as well as studies. You implement whatever you study at your workplace. And relate your work when you are thought. This will help you to understand in a better way.
