We have to understand one thing that some one who looks not talented as per your perception would have looked better in people skills from the organisation's perception - hence would have got entry out there! Technical skill alone is not sufficient to gain entry in corporates - therefore, one needs to develop or hone "all-round-personality"! Develop your "out-of-box thinking" , creative thinking, language skill, inter-personal skill, leadership skill and also develop business etiquette and Emotional Intelligence!

then why at entry level guys who are not so talented get placed in big mnc's?
