what are the issue of media ,is media going its right way,what do u think about it.
Ya you can say so that media is going the right way...You can't just get away by saying that media is wrong. Media is what the people are. So it would be quite difficult to judge who is right and who is wrong. If you think the public is right then the media is also right. Though theoretically media plays a very important role in framing people' s opinion about a particular subject. But these days its not at all so. Media just hypes things that are liked by the public. Media is public driven and not the other way round.
Well, I don't really understand when somebody questions something legitimate we take a very moral stand. We need to ascertain the impact of media on our social and political life. There are plethora of say news channels in our country and each competes with other not in reporting the creative and positive news but the worst possible news....The recent terror attack is outstanding example...it is debated that so called " live" coverage had provided the logistical support to the conspirators sitting in Pakistan and ordeiring their henchmen of possible strtegy to counter our commandos....there was sensational case of a young girl (I think name was Aarushi) was flashed in and out for number of days...and suddenly there is silence...let us at least debate thatt what so-called media contributing to the betterment of our society in general...and no I don't beleive it is a stupid question...I myself in someway associatd with media...
This is a stupid question. WHo decides whether a particular industry is going which way? And how can you say that the decisiion makers are correct in their vision?
Yes some time media is going on right way but simultaneously some part of media is
going on the wrong way so we want to balance its role for news way as
well as change for public .
