We are getting 17000 MSW every year, Almost a 25000 NGOs are working actively, still no remarkable changes observed in society. why?

Yes Mr. Nitin..there should be a total shift in Attitude as one will see the problems at hand in a very different way and try to solve them and then there will be no need of such initiatives...like these...as people will be driving such things by themselves....
