According to the studies the petrol price from initial to final is 34 Rs only till petrol pump but it is available at 70 Rs. Rest 41 Rs is going to government's pocket. this includes tax like excise vat and ses.
the excise for airlines fuel is 3.7 Rs where as for automobile fuel is 14.78 Rs. Is this justice of Indian government????????
No. and i hate Mr. Pranab's irresponsible answer for a plea of reducing the prices. He expects sympathy and expects us to understand the difficulties in public announce the swiss bank account holders list, but he dont even consider reducing the rates. i hate his speech. i condemn it.

For your support. government is justifying by saying that the domestic LPG price is much more in neighbouring countries than ours.
For this we can thank them for thinking of common men but they should thing over petrol and diesel issues also.
Again the news are like that again 2 Rs is expected to rise on fuel prices..........
Indian Goverment Hike the petrol prise 8 times in year, which is totally injustible.Price of petrol in the Neighboring Countries is not more than 43 Rs/Lit, then why this huge differnce in india?
Such petrol price hike is certainly not justifiable, as more than 50% of the amount collected goes to the Government coffers by way of taxes, levies, etc., and the enhanced rates are not really helping the oil companies, anyway! If our PSUs, viz., IOC, ONGC, ONGC Videsh, BPCL, HPCL and Oil India Ltd. are managed professionally, we would not be seeing this price hike in regular intervals. Politicians have no concern for common man, as the common men have ditched them not allowing them to earn at their will for the residual term. Now, its their turn to show their supremacy!
