The upcoming share market indicates that we are recovering from the bottom of recession (Recovery which looks very fast) or is there some "Big Bull" again in Action ?
lets keep in mind few pointers in mind
1) election result, good governance getting a positive nod of the people
2) fluctuating petrol prices
3) no new project investments in the country, hence clogged job opportunities
4) people having money but investing in safer portfolios like gold, mf rather shares
5) worldwide dollar rates yet to stabilize in terms of business projects slowdown
all these aspects point that the bear run is on which is indicative of fluctuating share prices( pocketing profits now and then rather long term). the big bull run will dependant on the budgets namely railway and finance budgets. if the govt safeguards the interests of the working class in terms of direct taxes with higher levels of leverage (ie no tax upto 150000 and lower of FBT then the bull run may be seen with suitable corrections. in the quarters of JAS and peaking at the SAMVAT year OND.
