Yes without doubt. Achieving such a perfection in the system.....that too wthout formal education ...Six sigma itself has to take a back seat

Its good to see their perfection by the quality of their work.
But why are they not expanding to other cities?

Yes probably this is the example which is given for Six Sigma...............os they are th eperfect examples of it

Of course it is. Mumbai dabbawalas have created a great example for everybody of proper management. In spite of having less education, they are managing the whole task so perfectly that many well established big MNCs also fail to attain that perfection...
