training is important but if it is done seriously and trainer provides him the useful information and proper insights about the job.

Yes its important, Because as..One should be aware of the rules of game before you play else you can't play at your level best, same in case of fresh mind a training provides practical expertise which results less follies and timely completion of work assigned with a professional look.

Most definately.Bring back the Apprenticeships.We should have more school time after class 10 for students to get practical training in whichever field they ant to go to.Not only will this reduce the burden on the school staff but also give invaluable practical and more useful experience to the student.Otherwise when graduating,the student is faced with a qugmire of ' BUT YOU HAVE NO EPERIENCE IN THIS FIELD!'

if the training does not orient the fresher for output, then it is better not have any training for freshers. I have been training freshers for the last 4 years, this has ben my learning.

yes its a very essential part because whenever a company is going for recruitment they always ask from practical field so i think it must be in course curicullam

yes it should be mandatory for fresher for the practical exposure and ground reality.

no sumit i think training is not necessary for freshers because we we know about every thing in our field so why we need training .we can take better decisions we are intelligent enough we are not conventional students

Well I doubt ,since training at most places is meant to get certification & major companies hire trainees to manage trash work which other employees are least willing to do.So its work free of cost in lieu of a general certificate.Only best of schools manage to get proper training for students.

Ya its important for freshers, they want to know how to work with the organization. students only learn those things in theoretically so practical training is very useful to improve their knowledge and know the ability, and mentally prepare to work.
So after getting a training we get a clear focus and idea.
