Mumbai terror attack accused Ajmal Kasab’s lawyer has stated that his client’s statement cannot be considered as a confession to crime. He also alleged that his client was mentally harassed in the prison. He added, “Judge could either accept the plea to end the trial or pronounce the sentence or reject it.
Why does our law do this to us? Instead of dealing quickly with such critical issues which impose a threat to the whole country, why is this issue being dragged so much?
