common sense and good planning with most important people management skills. If we can't handle people no amount of Lean will work. We tend to copy paste several new\old concepts inspired by the success stories, we think they would work in our organization. Each environment is different and each individual is too, how to deal with them, can be decided through your planning and commonsensical approach.
