In my experience a lot of organisations in SME sector look for Head-HR but are donot hire one considering the CTC of this position which ranges between 16 to 24L.
I was looking at associating with such organisations and provide freelance consulting in setting up the HR function and then handing over to the next in line.
How do I get the contacts of such organisations? Willing to do the legwork provided I have the names.
