Lokpal Bill - Big distraction

LOKPAL be another white elephant in this country. This will ultimately lead to dicatorship in this country. Unless we reduce population, make all people above 15 years age as voters, stop election campaigns and publish only CV and assets details of candidates through election campaign as a step towards selling and buying votes, provision to niminate if there is majority for No Votes a person of peoples choice from the constituency, make not voting as punishable, bring in transperancy throuhg enabling IT, how can we stop corruption? If PM, CJ are all corrupt then what is the guarantee that LOKPAL will not be baised and corrupt? Today every one is supporting Anna because they feel Anna will win the battle and every one wants to be in the winning side. In 60 years after independance we have started talking if Gandhiji were alive he would have commited sucide looking at the result of getting independance. Thats how our present rulers are behaving. Same thing will happen in another 50 years people will start saying if Anna would have been alive he would be repenting now. The History repeats - Its true in the case of India. History repeats very often in India. Laws, Courts, Lawyers, Jails are not the answer for every thing. Our efforts should be on bringing in transparancy, elect good people as representatives, only one or at best 2 terms for an elected representative in his life time so that he will not make politics and office power as his carreer. National Sample survey Organization is conducting how many man days are lost due to various reasons in production/manufacturing sector . If you look at the mandays wasted in conduting functions, relegious rituals, piligrimage, weddings and strikes and rallies of political parties and now for peoples cause. How many IT people, Economists, and other experts have been involved in drafting LOKPAL. Poor research while making a law has been effecting people.
