Is MBA is necessary for successful career in Human Resource Management??????

Hello Sir/Madam,

            I am Sahil Samant. I am a graduate in commerce and just completed my 1 year Diploma in Human resource management fro Welingkar institute in Mumbai. I am planning to do a masters in HRM rather than MBA. Is it ok??
