Hi,
Shall military training must be compulsary in India? Post your views.
India is a vast country. It has a very long coat line. There are many countries on its borders. It is very difficult to defend such a country against foreign invasions if it is not well protected. To defend its long coat line, the navy should be strengthened. The land forces should be strengthened to defend the borders. So the number of soldiers should be increased. Though it is not possible for all young men to join the army navy or the air force, they must all receive military training. They will thus be able to defend the country in time of danger. In many countries military training is compulsory for all young men. This should be done in India also. It may not be possible at once. But in the course of a few years it should be made compulsory.
