How to minimise the pressure at work place? Whenever there are deadline for some work unnecessarly I came under pressure . I know that work I can do within that timelimit & at finally I achieve that but I got unnecessarly pressure for that. How to tackle this situation at that time.? (Means at the start of work).
You should be well prepared well in advance for time bound work.
As an account manager your deadlines are known to you which are there from years, such as vat return
deadline, advance tax pay, service tax, income tax deadline .
So you can plan your yearly schedule for the same & you should distribute the responsibility to your
colleagues or sub -ordinates at the same time will minimize the pressure on you.
