Last year on 22nd December,2011,My employer a Leading Indian construction company have asked me to resign.I immediately put the paper, accepted by the employer on 26th December,2011 in writting & ask me to get clearance from accounts to get final settlement.
However even after getting the clearance and my continous follow ups, employer did not respond till date. What are the legal provisions exist in this regard , which can be taken from my end??
