I am doing MBA from ICFAI University in HR. I am recently doing a job in kanpur. But it is not related to HR. So i want to do a job related to HR but my MBA has not finished yet. So kindly answer me can i apply for the post of Assistant HR. I got advance diploma in Business Administration. Please answer me.

Well you can do a course in HR. Several Institute in HR are giving 3 to 6 months of training there. also There is one thing available to them is contact. They have contact to get you job which is must and very necessary in the current thing.

You can work for as part-time recruiter/Freelancer (work from home) all that u wil have to do is spend 2 -3 hrs a day. u can find some good consultancies who offer this kinda oppurtunity in any job portal

Tanima yes you can work but depending on you college timings. To start with you can join some recruitment consultancies and learn about HR process. This will add value when you look for a full time job...
